DriveOn Vehicle Rental (part of KR Automotive Group) hires vehicles to both consumers and businesses. A growing fleet needed more than a brochure site, it needed a platform that showed live availability, captured enquiries around the clock, and followed them up on its own.
The challenge
Rental is a fast-moving, availability-driven business. DriveOn needed live stock on the website without anyone re-listing vehicles by hand, a way to answer enquiries instantly at any hour, and a system that kept leads warm and moving, all while the fleet itself kept growing.
What we built
We built a high-converting rental website from scratch, with live vehicle listings pulled straight from their stocking system so availability is always current. On top of it we layered the full stack: CRM automation, an AI chatbot trained on the business, a WhatsApp community and autonomous email marketing, so every enquiry is answered in seconds and nurtured automatically. We run their website and marketing end to end, and drive demand with Meta ads.
The results
Over 500 leads between February and June 2026, on Meta-only ad spend of just £10 a day. The fleet has grown to 64 vehicles on-rent (June 2026), with a target of 300 by December 2027. The director is delighted, and other operators in the sector now want the same setup. It’s a textbook example of what we bring to the automotive sector: make booking effortless, answer instantly, and never let an enquiry go cold.
Our inventory moves faster now because customers can actually find what they're looking for. The corporate portal has secured us three major national contracts.
